These Terms shall take effect from April 15, 2026.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the DuoLog service provided by Specto Labs Inc. (hereinafter "Company").

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. "Service" refers to the DuoLog application operated by the Company.
2. "Company" means Specto Labs Inc.
3. "App Store" means the Apple App Store or Google Play Store from which the Service is downloaded.
4. "User" means a person who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
5. "Free Trial" means a limited period during which Subscription benefits are available at no charge prior to payment.
6. "In-App Purchase" means the purchase of a product, item, or Subscription through the Service via the App Store.
7. "Subscription" means paid access to the Service or a part of the Service offered on a recurring basis.
8. "Subscriber" means a User who has purchased a Subscription.

Article 3 (Changes to Terms)

1. The Company shall make these Terms available within the Service.
2. These Terms take effect upon the User's use of the Service. Users who do not agree may discontinue use and delete their account.
3. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Amended Terms will be posted in the Service at least 7 days before taking effect, with the effective date and summary of changes noted.
4. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.

Article 4 (Accounts)

1. Users may register for the Service through the method provided by the Company, and the Company assigns a unique account ID upon registration.
